Akhmeteli Tibaani 2023 is an original Georgian amber (orange) dry wine, born in one of the sunniest microzones of Kakheti. It is created using ancient technology in clay vessels called qvevri, which gives it a unique character.

Color: Rich amber with warm golden and copper reflections—resulting from prolonged contact of the grape juice with the skins and seeds.
Aroma: Rich and enveloping. It features bright notes of dried apricots, dried peaches, and wildflowers, elegantly complemented by subtle nuances of forest honey and a light spicy hint.
Taste: Full-bodied, "structural," and harmonious. Thanks to aging in qvevri, it possesses a pleasant velvety astringency (tannins) and a long, enveloping finish with tones of dried fruits.
Varietal: 100% Rkatsiteli— a classic variety for the Tbaani region, which under the hot Kakhetian sun gains special sweetness and depth even in a dry version.
This wine requires worthy gastronomic accompaniment. It will magnificently enhance the flavor of grilled fish, roasted poultry (turkey or chicken), as well as aged cheeses and traditional Georgian snacks with nuts.
It is recommended to serve at a temperature of 12–14 °C to fully reveal this rich bouquet.
