This Sarajishvili Tikhari is a unique Georgian alcoholic beverage, the result of many years of laboratory research at the famous Sarajishvili factory in Tbilisi. It is an exquisite "nut brandy," created using a traditional recipe with the use of walnut partitions.

Aroma: A complex and sweet bouquet intertwining notes of ripe grapes, cherries, and dried fruits (apricots, raisins) with a delicate nutty hint and a pinch of cinnamon or vanilla.
Taste: Rich, full-bodied, and silky. It harmoniously combines the sweetness and slight bitterness of the walnut with deep barrel notes reminiscent of aged whiskey or cognac. Hints of honey, caramel, and ripe pear can be detected.
